We are a trash bin valet. We take your trash and recycling bins to the curb on pickup day and return them after collection—so you never have to worry about trash day again!

2. How often do you provide service?

We offer once-a-week service with our Basic Plan and twice-a-week service for those needing an extra pickup day. Custom plans are available for property managers and vacation rentals.

3. What areas do you serve?

We currently serve the Emerald Coast of the Florida Panhandle and are expanding throughout Florida. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, contact us!

5. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds for partial months.

6. What if my trash pickup day changes?

Just let us know, and we’ll update your service schedule accordingly.

7. What happens on holidays or during bad weather?

If trash pickup is delayed due to holidays or severe weather, we’ll adjust our schedule and notify you of any changes.

8. What if my bins are behind a gate or in a garage?

We can accommodate special instructions! Just provide details when signing up, including gate codes or access instructions.

9. How do I pay?

We offer secure recurring billing via credit/debit card or ACH. Payments are processed automatically each month.

10. Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We offer Annual Prepay and Multi-Property Discounts

11. How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy! Just fill out our online form with your service address, pickup schedule, and payment details—we’ll take care of the rest!
